I am the One
I am the one whom you will always see, but never hear.
I am the one slipping, silently, singing to myself in the corner.
Slipping? Yes, I guess that would be accurate.
I am the one that is full of talent
Potential
Soul
But you won’t let me use it.
You pull me down
Slowly
Secretly
But none the less surely it is you that pulls me down
I recognize you
You’re in my line of vision when I walk
You’re in my friends when I talk to them
You’re in my head when I think
You know no love, just money
Greed
Tragedy
Thank you media, for hurting me
It was only ‘til now I that I can recognize the mirror as beautiful.
And I don’t need you.
