I am from a big place
Polluted and selfish
Where people don’t care about others
Yet unless they are related or intimate
I’m from a big place
Which will soon end
Maybe 2 years
Maybe 200 years
I’m from a big place
Where you can’t trust or believe
People are liars and predators
Scandalous and cheaters
But there are those few
Who care and give to others
I am from a big place
Yet I don’t know where that big place should be
I am from a big place
I don’t believe that’s where I want to be
