Favorite Quote:
Knowledge comes, but wisdom lingers.
Alfred Lord Tennyson

The land of free,
And home of the brave,
I’m sure afraid,
That they will be forgotten ,
Those who gave their lives,
Those who testify,
Those who won’t deny,
The work it took,
So this land is what it is,
That no person should ever fear,
And people are free to come over here,
Why do those from other worlds take advantage,
Of our kindness,
And scoff at our boldness,
I know,
They are jealous,
Of our land,
We call are own,
And our home.

I want all who read this poem to remember that America is great and never to forget where we come from.
