We were just Friends
I don't know when
I fell in love with him
When the lines between friendship
and something else began to blur
I started thinking things,
unlike what I'd thought before
like what his hair would feel like
sliding through my fingers
what it would feel like,
to have his lips on mine
I don't know when it became
something bigger
Why I thought about what I looked like
When he came over
Or if I acted incorrectly.
I don't know when it became something more
when I fell in love with him.
