where did our friendship go?

don't remember all the laughter and smiles,
or did you lock these memories away like a bunch of files?
did you go as far as destroying every connection to me?
I guess, in the end, I was a waste of your life,
all that's left is to say that i'm sorry, apologize for what i've done,
bu i don't want us to be finished , to say, " we've had our fun,"
