Too Red
The car is clean
Repainted red
Last summer.
Jimmy helped me.
The windshield's chipped
A spot in my hood
Dented in.
Used to be my
Favorite car.
Now it is
Too red.
It is too red
To enjoy.
I'll clean it
Again but it
Won't do any good.
The water has
Taken on the
Car's tint.
The car used to be
White. Jimmy
Helped me paint
It red.
We painted yellow
First, but that
Wasn't enough.
So we painted
It red
Last summer.
This red,
It was painted
Again. By Jimmy.
Involuntarily.
I'm cleaning it
Again, but it is
Not clean enough
Jimmy made
My car red
And I can't clean it.
