I met you on the train,
heading downtown,
I remember the day was full of rain,
and I never thought I'd see you frown,

you smiled so wide,
your eyes ice blue,
I laughed so hard I cried,
but time flew,

it was a short ride,
and we filled it with chat,
but, we had to say our good-byes,
and I didn't see you after that.
