I am dissolving into thin air.

Any moment now, every one of

my cells and bones and very soul

will break down into a powder of a

million colors, Bright purples and

dark blues, perry winkle, lilac,

candy pink and electric yellow


swiftly and gently will be

taken away by a wind.

My being will be turned into dust

and nothingness

leaving me wondering

was I ever anything at all?
