I long for the rain
The bone-chilling water
Running down my skin
I await the cold
Stinging ice
Pelting me
All over my body
The beautiful clouds
Raining down on us
Soaking the ground
Drenching my hair
I want the rain
to cling
To all my lashes
Making it hard to see
The chilling air
freezing me
The smile forever there
Wind
Its fingers
Grabbing at my clothes
A beautiful storm
Disturbing all
Except me
The amazing rain
