The Fun Is In Not Knowing, Dear
The fun is in not knowing, dear
The heart pumps hard with fright
The footsteps in the dark you hear
In the temperate night
The excitement is in the chase, you know,
And burns dim and dull when one is caught
Run from normalcy's rule and go
'Tis no fun to do what one ought
The spark is in not knowing dear,
But matrimony's fatal bind
Provides promise that you will still be here
And a vacuum of the spark of life
And so, the fun is in not knowing, dear
What lay on the other side
The adrenaline rush from teetering here
On the edge, while you are mine
