Splendor
Take in with glorious splendor
As you watch me jump off this cliff
out of this plane to end this pain
you've dumped on my shoulders
the weight of the world
As you tare my heart to pieces
take in with glorious splendor
the rope burns that you caused
that lie hesitant and red on my
neck
your affection is but a memory
they haunt my thoughts
from dawn til' dusk
take in with glorious splendor
as you watch me fall to pieces
The tears I shed are oceans
upon the acid rain
the kisses we shared
have disappeared
my heart is damaged
as you take in, this glorious splendor
