"A writer should write with his eyes and painter paint with his ears." ~Gertrude Stein~

Cringing under the pressure of the cracking sky

This old smile buried in the depths of this world's core

Breathing to gain consciousness,

Heavily feeling the weight becoming hard to bare

I'm tired of having a monologue of a broken soliloquy

I cant breathe...

My breath escaping from my lungs i cry out to the sky

As the softest tear I've cried falls down my cheek

I gasp for everything to be alright

I gasp for clarity

I gasp for a better reality

I'm forced to break away from the iambic pentameter of life

Stepping on the stepping stones i've made

Every step adding pressure to a collapsed lung

My mind cluttered with what should be the joys of one's life

But much too complicated to understand my own happiness

Compromised by a selfish thought i have yet to achieve

Under that watchful eye that concieved me

I am too deep to be the one who can't place his own foot ahead of them

I want to be free of these strings

The ones which have always kept me from reaching myself potentially

This strong pattern of the mind of the multi-talented

Dancing off the pain

Drawing the unseen

Writing the missing letters

Singing the dreamt up memory

My life is nothing but a memory

Every sin in man's eyes as if it's only been a dream

Not enough outlets in my artistic boundaries to allow the perfect scream

The one that lasts until the voice has disappeared into the trees

The one that has been feared to be put into place

The one that doesn't have a face

Or maybe too many faces

Like Picture Me Broken...

Holding onto what I fight for

Bleeding for you,

A face to die for

I need to breathe if you don't mind

To be surrounded by a breathless past should entitle me for to breathing future

Though reality seems to be holding my breath for me

The presious innocence of it all looks as if it left

Leaving me stranded and abandoned in a sea that were once dreams

Never long live the fairytale of the childish mind

But long live the bitter sweet agony of lynch realities

Let my soliloquy be heard if nothing else

Maybe I can finally breathe
