Sunset skies
Givin’ me butterflies
Pinkies held together
And in time
I’ll make you love me
Around this tree with blackened branches
Only our shadows appear
I’ll paint you with all the colors I find
Beautiful
You are, you are
We’ll stare into the sun ‘til we go blind
I just don’t know how to shade in the sky

Hopefully I'll find the right colors soon. Oh, Mr. Ferlinghetti. How DO I paint sunlight, again?
