If I could be sure
That this is what I need
Then I would go out of this place in a heartbeat
If the war
Wasn't inside of me
Then I would escape the second I had a chance
If my tears
Weren't all bottled up
Then I would scream at the top of my lungs
Cause I've been there
I've been lost
Waiting for a reason to go on to come along
Caught up in the moments
Then drowned in misery
Hoping that the angel of darkness would pass on me
But hope's not lost
And time's not gone
Even though it doesn't feel this way
You can move on
