I don't really see her
I don't really notice her horns piercing my skin
I don't notice the blood that trickles down my legs-
when she tries to cave out from within
I know she's there-but I don't want to feel
Her thoughts are loud-I try not to listen
Her voice is strong- I try to silence her
I don't want to see her darkness-
the one she swears is right
I don't want to fall to my knees-
beg her to release me-free
Will she ever go away?
I don't know
She may be lurking right now-
deep within the jaded walls of my mind
Her horns slowly growing back to life
