We once were close
like father and daughter
you took me out of hell
and made me your angel
all i can do is cry
i don't know who you are
are you my daddy
or a person I don't know?
drugs are your new love
pushing me aside
behind this wall i have built
all my life
you never see me
or make me feel safe
you slowly disappeared
why did you leave?
this could be the last time
there could never be tomorrow
all i want to say is
"I love you"
Goodnight daddy
you will be in heart
close to me
or miles apart
