why is this world so cold
they are freezing to death
no longer do they have a pulse
yet they are still breathing
walking around with the rest of us
having no emotions
feeling no remorse

finding their next victem
they prey on
the nieve
the innocent
kinda like i used to be

i fell into one of their traps
man, they sure know how to act
playing the role of a friend
then when i least expected it they stabbed me in the back
laughing in my face
telling me i was such i disgrace
wanting to see cry
they ca n be so keen
attempting to colsole me
swearing they would always be there for me
i now know
anything you ever told me was fake
kinda like your face
take off your mask
let me see the true you

getting off on other peoples pain
