The Pipe of Parallelism
Valley of Misunderstood
Come with us, we’ll do you good,
In this Valley of Misunderstood.
Our brains are made of pilfered gold.
We only know what others don’t.
We could never be dangerous.
We’re only harmful to ourselves.
Geniuses of the world, oppressed,
Not afraid to embrace an early death.
Bleeding fast internally,
Listen to the muffled screams.
We’ll never leave, even if we could,
Our home, this Valley of Misunderstood.
We’re only happy when we’re said.
Weeping for a world gone bad.
Try to murder us for our ways.
Our blood will haunt you for all your days.
If normality is what you lack,
Come bear this cross upon your back.
If your back is made of steel, your heart of hollow wood,
You belong in the Valley of Misunderstood.
