We are all used
treated like plastic
tossed to the side
or burned in a fire
they send them to war
not caring who comes back
not giving anything for those who live
they sent family
they sent close friends
they wouldn't tell us when
nobody knew back then

air force
they were all used
so that the generals and sergeants
wouldn't die
they sat they care for us
they say they give support
we saw their game
those people don't have a clue
we are mission wifes, daughters, and sisters
women of great men
but we don't get even one bit of recognition
for the men in our families that served
