Seams come together,
Stitches cross
All, is pulled close.
Emotion seals these wounds.
Needle pierces
sharp pains of joy,
As strings are pulled tight
tying everything together.
This once hurting heart
becomes a painful mess of smiles,
As even the happiest feelings
Can be of extraordinary pain.
