summertime
Like shattered glass sperated by two different walls I sit on the sidline watching the moment as it falls Falling like the twin towers I sit on the hill and watch the rain showers My mind plays movies of yesterday Drawls in the book of sketches of today I lay on my back and sit and ponder I watch the memories as they move by and I wonder I pick up a clump of grass I watch the clouds as they pass I dream of a land With a beach, water, and sand Mesmorized by the sight Seeing the sun shine everything feels so right Summer time has just began.
