Raindrops
after the rain is the best part of the rain.
you see the dew resting peacefully on the grass
you see the rainbow setting across the sky
the sun just barely peeking out behind the clouds.
but the best part is right on my window.
the leftover raindrops are sliding on it.
sliding as if they were racing each other.
looking at them, i can almost hear the cheering of the other drops.
they're happy little things, raindrops.
no matter how dark it is, they always seem to have a certain sparkle or glow.
no matter how dreary it seems to be, they always seem to be happy.
we could learn something from raindrops.
