Nobody's Power
I hear the over enunciated T of peoples whispered sl*T
I hear the harshness of the K when I become the definition of freaK
I feel the breeze of the WH when the wind carries to me the word Wh*re
I feel the punch of the CH when people cough into their hands that im the synonym of a female dog
You say I am nobody
But all these words, they must have to specify SOMEONE, be meant for SOMEONE.
I know they are meant for me because I can taste the blood on my lip from the CH punch, the goosebumps from the WH breeze are tangible
And you know I am too
because I see the bruises on your knuckes from the punch
I see your chapped lips from all the talk
I feel your energy dwindling as you silently hand me your power,
the power to
NOT CARE
