What I Never Got
I Never Understood What The Word Dyslexia Meant,
Until One Year I Failed Every Test I Took,
Then My Mom Made Me Take A Test For Dyslexia,
Then I Understood What The Word Meant,
I Saw Words In Numbers In The Air And Nobody Else Could See Them,
I Just Realized What I Wish I Never Got,
My Friends Never Understood Why I Could See In The Air,
I Told Them I Had Dyslexia They Finally Realized Why I Could See Things They Couldn't,
When I Eat Alphabet Soup I Have To Tilt My Head And Have To Read Backwards To Understand The Letters,
That's Why I Never Wish I Had Dyslexia,
That's The Word I Never Understood,
Until The Doctors Figured Out I Had It
