A Darkened World

There's been a time
When I couldn't cry
And yet, in mind ,my tears
scattered the fields
Growing new wild flowers
and weeds
Troublesome, and lonely
that's how I felt
Yet everyone was around me
Why couldn't I see them?
I couldn't see them
because I've taken wrong paths
And my world has darkened
forever
However, my thoughts
oh, my thoughts lived
Except, I could no longer think
Those precious thoughts
Time and time passed
I kept going ahead
Not bothering to go back
and to live peacefully
And so Forever
my world has darkened

This is so relatable! And wow this is so eye opening to me...I feel like this but Ive always looked at my loneliness as people ignoring me not because of me not recognizing the people! thanks for this insight!
