It's all coming back to me
Swirling and twirling
Falling down on one knee
A question you should not have been asking
I turned around
Wiped the blur out of my eyes
Along with your question still shamelessly on the ground
A smack to the cheek and then your false cries
Tears burning my face
On the way to chase
Your horrible disgrace
Away from the place
I hate that I love you
I love that I hate you
Baseball is a sport that many play
Not a way to keep track of what you take away
