Lucid Dream
We were there
You said we were there
Though I still cannot see
How those pictures
Those scarlet verses
And those reddened tears
Just melt away
In eternity, seconds
In minutes, hours
In between our gasps
How the hourglass slowly
Letting every grain of sand
Slip away
Through the hands of time
How Fate slyly
Sweetened our blood
Drifting away our senses
Indulge us in a cradle
Singing ironies with lullaby
And carefully
Ripping our hearts apart
Strange
You said we were there
Though I cannot remember
How this world I see
This black world
Now on rampage
Scatters the snow
Was a green meadow
Warm sun and cool breeze
Was of scarlet verses
Like those pictures
You want me to see
I cannot see
I cannot remember
I cannot understand
But we were there
Weren't we?
Because you said we were there
