I have watched for centuries
As time has bended reality
But in turn those centuries, could be
Were really just moments, that chose to last
An item, or a saying that went on forever
Something that belongs together
“I am Old”
Is what the world shall whisper
“I am Old”
Is what the stories proclaim
Passed along to such a time, no one is to blame
“I am Old”
Is what the wise old man had said
As he whispered upon his death bed
As he whispered again and again
“I am Old”
