All I can See
Sitting next to you
 radio blaring
the wind whipping through our hair
 the world flashing by
 50 miles an hour

 wheels screeching
 pink & orange sky
 the sun's setting & the moon's rising
 your hand in mine
 fingers locked, thumb tracing patterns
 under the starry sky

 everyone's watching
 soft smiles, stolen kisses
 teacher's clearing their throats
 but all I can see
 is you
