Walk Away
I saw you today,
you acted like I wasn't there
and that it didn't bother you, but that was a lie.
I saw it on your face,
that wasn't a real smile.
I would know,
but I did it too.
I hardly even looked at you,
but I felt your gaze
and you didn't say anything.
Then you just walked away,
like you always do.
Walk away from your problems
and act like they don't exist.
Try to forget about them
and walk away from the people who actually cared.
