The ignorant scorn of lost lovers
Settles deeply in my soul
Ever, always to stay
Never to be made whole
The ignorant scorn of lost lovers
The voices LOUD in my head
I try to relinquish them
And put mystical thoughts there instead
No matter how much I try
How much I try to release
No matter how much I ignore
And try to gain inner peace
The ignorant scorn of lost lovers
Settles deeply in my soul
Ever, always to stay
Never to be made whole
