St. Valentine's Day Massacre
It always starts the same
Like a kiss in the rain
Love can bring you back from the dead
Zombies rise from their beds
Unspoken thoughts mislead
Starting to blame
The glass broke
Immersed in hazy smoke
Scattered thoughts start to creep
As I fall fast asleep
My mind subconsciously counting sheep
I start to choke
My heart has been broken
All the seams you have stolen
So many things my soul lacks
Blood seeps from the cracks
I won't ever look back
At all the lies you have spoken
