Words can do so many things
They express our thoughts and feelings

To break ones heart, to lose a friend
To fix a friendship, to make amends

With words and a tune you can make a song
Words in my head like millions of ping pongs

Just the right words, rhyming or not
Can make a poem, even without a plot

Words are for talking, creating connections
Joining people together through love and affections

Without words I would be like a pen without ink
Without words I would be just the thought, not the think

I need words to help me breathe and live
Without words I would have nothing to give…
