Friends
What are we?
Are we friends?
Are we family?
Are we something more?
We say we’re friends,
But I still don’t know what we are.
We don’t act like friends.
Well actually we kinda do.
We act like family.
We are always together.
We are always laughing,
But I still don’t know what we are.
We are always hugging,
But we say that it’s nothing going on.
We have inside jokes and are really close,
But we say nothing’s going on.
I want to say we’re friends,
But I feel like that isn’t it.
I want to say we’re family,
But I feel like that isn’t it.
I wonder if we’re something more.
Yeah, I think that’s it.
