The haunting voice of deep strings,
The quick paced melody of violins.
Two voices intertwine for the chorus,
Emotion tearing through each note.
Simple words create the deepest cuts
Goodbye will never be easy as
Tears speak the words that can no longer be spoken.
Silence.


And the music starts again.

The author's comments:
I was listening to a song filled with the lovely sound of strings and two voices, a male and female, that sing a made up language. Deep emotion could be felt through the song and I wrote this, inspired.
