Frustrations to be vent,
Wills have been bent,
Anger that resents; breeding sin to repent,
Like a raging sea.
Like a thunder storm,
Relentless till morn,
It threatens to drown,
Engulf every crown,
Restraint ‘tis your moment,
Self control, make atonement,
Like a lighthouse shines, bright beacon,
Save this weary seaman,
Help above the storm to rise,
Fight against the evil tide,
Triumph over anger’s rashness,
Calm the seas of bitter madness,
Lead the way to the shore,
Tranquility; galore.
