Moving On
Realizing I was in a hole,
That I had dug so deep,
Trying to jump out,
Leap after leap.
I just needed some help,
The support of family and friend,
I ran away,
From your hurting hand.
You left me in the dust,
But now i can realize,
It was for the best,
You had dulled my eyes.
My eyes shine and sparkle,
Now that i know,
You were there to hurt me,
I stooped that low.
I'm done with the worry,
With pain and tears,
You were a phase,
I'm glad wasn't for years.
