Amusement
I close my eyes and I can still feel it.
I can still feel the rush of excitement when you first pull up.
I can still feel the anxiousness of waiting in line.
I can still feel my heart racing as we go up.
I can feel myself cheering as we drop, then spin, then turn.
I can feel my body get jerked around as we go upside down.
I can still feel my hair in the wind.
I can still hear the thud of the machines.
I can still feel my hands gripping the handle of my harness.
I can feel adrenaline replace all of my thoughts and problems.
I can feel my buzz slowly begin to wear off as the ride ends.
I can feel it get replaced of the yearning feeling to do it all again!
I can see the look of my family's faces as I step off.
Amusement.
Mine is too.
