Shadows stretched across the wall,
The owl is loud when it makes its call.
What is fright?
Is it sounds or bumps in the night?
Or is it the idea of not know what is there,
When darkness is everywhere?
People screaming,
Dark dreams teeming.
Monsters under your bed,
Are in your head.
They'll be gone by day.
Or will they?
