Friday Night,
The day of the football game.
You were with me.
I remember,
I remember time.
The time that ran out.
The night left to quickly.
I wanted you to stay...
It was cold
and neither of us had a jacket.
but your arms,
they were warm.
you wrapped them around me.
we stayed there,
till there was no time left.
but I'll never forget
that kiss
you gave to me
