I remember everything we ever did
How late at night we would fall asleep
To the sounds of each other
I used to mean so much to you
But now it doesn't matter

I remember everything we said
I love you forever
You said, I'll never let you go
But you did, and now I'm all alone

I see you now
How you never seem to care
That you broke my heart
And moved on without a second thought

I know that I'll be fine
Maybe not right now
But sometime in the future
I won't remember at all

Someone that I used to date inspired me to write this poem. And to inspire and remind me that I will soon forget him and that I can do much better.
