The Batholith
Look and judge its verisimilitude
It could be real, or maybe not; the brain feuds
A gold pillar of truth would stand naked to verify
That it has no secrets or falsehoods it would hide
The poison frog called Lie is a devilish one
Though bright colored and intriguing, in the end you gain none
One half of your mind grasps the concept so real
Though at times the other half rejects the decision to reveal
You will know the right answer to what lies ahead
Given any situation: only you will weave your thread
The batholith, it is one
The batholith, it is none
Something, someone, they might care
Nothing, nobody, it goes into thin air
