Oh, there you came after all,
bringing joy like a ford
healing our wounds oh wounds,
ending misery of the bright lord.

Oh, there you came after all
fulfilling the villagers' prayer
earning them pounds, oh pounds
such a smile is so rare.

Oh there you came after all
arousing spirit of a teen in a poet
words see no bounds oh bounds
blessing for all, for the small and the tall
aroma on the lover's serenade.

Wow, this poem reminds of a poem I wrote called Raining Beauty.  I love your poem and I think that the repetition of the first line had a really strong impact on the poem and on the reader.
