Drowning in a sea of blackness
Full of darkness and despair
Opening my mouth to scream for help
but my lungs filled up as if I am underwater
these waves are crashing over me
like in the middle of a dark storm
I just want it to stop
I cover my ears in attempt
to stop the yelling and resentment
Hate, hurt, and bitter anger
Can't it all just stop?
Can we all just get along?
Why does this have to go on like this?
Break through these everlasting chains
Help us pick ourselves up
Dust us off
Fix our lives
And just maybe,
