Moon Like White Lines

The moonlight shines through the
Blinds and leaves lines of
Light on the floor.
Like lines of white powder
Accompanied by
Little cups full of burning liquid and
Dollar bills scattered on the
Floor with
Cigarette butts and ashes.
The moon is full and round
Like the naked
Breasts that imply the game of
Strip quarters.
Take a shot and
Someone else’s shirt.
And the stars are bright and
Shining like the way my
Heart once was.
