The Red Flower in her Heart
She sung her song softly by the Seashore, singing to the fish, Wanting to go somewhere, to be free.
A red flower bloomed in
Her heart. One that can only
Bloom in a free spirit.
A long, curved instrument lined with Many strings was important to her. Notes echoed off the waves.
The boy from a different land
Met her by chance, but met her
Hoping to set her free.
Through Ballad and Trial she waited For him to return. He'd be famished From his adventures.
The day after she trusted him
With her most prized instrument,
He didn't return to say goodbye.
But it was through him that her
Whole world vanished, and she
Finally felt air under her wings.
