Higher branches waver with weight,
And threaten with a harder fall;
Wailing wind, hinders too late
It swirls rounds, drowns out her call
Crimson leaves whose veins run red,
Bare branches with roots undead,
Shaking legs she steps ahead,--
and hesitation kills us all.
