Sky fishing MAG
I tried
to fish you a star today
You always say that when you die
you want to join them in the night
So I thought
that getting you a star
would make your dream seem within reach
I let my line sink patiently in the sky
and waited for a star to take notice
They bobbed around idly
The sky changed around them
from blue
to fuchsia
to violet
to black
And then it became blue all over again
The stars glow in the darkness
and blend in the blue
At last I hooked one
and began to reel it in
It glided so smoothly across the water
When I took it in my hands
it was warm
Not like the temperature
But the feeling I get
when I look at you
Warm
