Jesus!
I forgot about him.
But through all I've gone through, where has he been?
The sweat broke through my pores.
The sweet sensation that came straight from my core.
I thought about it as my Nike's hit the pavement.
Just trying to figure out what it all meant.
I don't know how we got stuck in this place.
Where everything was just one big race.
A race to the top, I wanted to but I just couldn't stop.
I was in way too deep.
Got to the point of no sleep.
Because the night was filled with dreams.
Dreams of horrible beings, and failures.
But this was the dip.
In order tho be anyone in life you had to be either physically strong or mentally fit.
But what bout he compassionate?
Do they just fail the grade?
Get held back a year in the system that society made?
It's we the people right?
Yeah that's true.
But what about the people NOT of the red, white, and blue?
What about the people of the world?
The children of God?
Tough to understand huh?
Yeah I know its hard.
I'm talking about the people living LIFE.
Not living a ROLL in which they were assigned through strife.
In our world today, people ponder too long on what's next.
Focusing on the number of their next paycheck.
we believe that the goal in life is to be rich and wealthy.
Without a thought of being happy or healthy.

You see, we just don't get it.
