Run before you hurry,
Rush before you fall.
Complain before you notice,
Look before you see.
Listen before you understand,
Study before you leave.
Forgive others before it's over,
Sometimes we need a little reminder.
To stop,
Before.
And take a break,
Once in a while.
To keep on going,
Not stopping.
But remembering,
Our duties.
